游离股前外侧皮瓣移植在断肢再植中的应用

Application of transplantation of free anterolateral thigh flap in replantation of severed limb

目的:探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣移植在断肢再植中的应用。方法:收治断肢再植手术患者20例为观察组,采用游离股前外侧皮瓣移植手术治疗;收治断肢再植手术患者20例为对照组,采用常规皮瓣手术方式治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:游离股前外侧皮瓣移植在断肢再植中的应用效果显著。

Objective：To explore the application of transplantation of free anterolateral thigh flap in replantation of severed limb.Methods：20 patients replantation of severed limb were selected as the observation group,and they were treated with transplantation of free anterolateral thigh flap.20 patients were selected as the control group,and they were treated by routine flap operation.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of transplantation of free anterolateral thigh flap in replantation of severed limb was significant.
