无创呼吸机应用于慢性呼吸衰竭治疗的效果观察

Effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic respiratory failure

目的:探讨无创呼吸机应用于慢性呼吸衰竭治疗的效果。方法:收治慢性呼吸衰竭患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率和血气指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机应用于慢性呼吸衰竭治疗的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic respiratory failure.Methods：66 patients with chronic respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the efficiency and blood gas index of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic respiratory failure was significant.
