中医治疗子宫肌瘤的临床方法分析

Clinical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hysteromyoma

目的:研究中医治疗子宫肌瘤的临床方法。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者40例,随机平分两组。对照组进行西药治疗,治疗药物为米非司酮;试验组进行中医活血化瘀治疗。分析、对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗效果优于对照组;经有效治疗后,两组患者肿瘤大小和月经量均下降,且试验组下降幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理运用中医治疗子宫肌瘤患者,可以显著提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective：To study the clinical methods of Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods：40 patients with hysteromyoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the drug was mifepristone.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine for activating blood and removing blood stasis.The effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results：The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.After effective treatment,the tumor size and menstrual volume of the two groups decreased,and the decrease of the experimental group was larger than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hysteromyoma can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and alleviate the pain of the patients.
