运动强度与成人高血压患者C反应蛋白的关系

Relationship between exercise intensity and hypersensitivity C reactive protein in adult patients with hypertension

目的:探讨运动强度与成人高血压患者血清C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的相关性。方法:选择年龄20~60周岁,且用药后血压控制在<140/90 mmHg,平时运动未达中小运动量标准的原发性高血压患者72例,试验前测量血清hs-CRP浓度。第1年给予中小运动量,于第3个月、第6个月、第12个月各测量1次hs-CRP水平;第2年给予中到强度运动量,并于第6个月、第12个月测量血清hs-CRP浓度。结果:运动后hs-CRP水平明显降低,运动后各时间点与运动前hs-CRP浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);中到强度运动量与中小运动量比较,对hs-CRP浓度的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中小运动量能很好地降低原发性高血压患者hs-CRP浓度;增加运动量(中到强度运动量)并不能使高血压患者hs-CRP浓度控制在更优的水平。

Objective：To explore the relationship between exercise intensity and hypersensitivity C reactive protein in adult patients with hypertension.Methods：72 patients with primary hypertension were selected,the age of the patients was 20 to 60 years old,and the blood pressure was within 140/90 mm Hg after medication,and the normal exercise did not reach the standard of small and medium-sized sports,before the experiment,we measured the serum concentration of hs-CRP.At the first year,the patients were given small and medium exercise,at the third months,sixth months and twelfth months,we measured the hs-CRP level.In the second year,the patients were given moderate to high intensity exercise,and we measured serum hs-CRP levels in the sixth months and twelfth months.Results：After exercise,the level of hs-CRP was significantly reduced,and there was a significant difference of the concentration of hs-CRP between each time point after exercise and before exercise（P〈0.001）.There was no significant difference in the difference of hs-CRP concentration between middle and high intensity exercise with small and medium exercise（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Small and medium exercise can reduce the hs-CRP concentration in patients with primary hypertension.Increasing the amount of exercise（medium to high intensity exercise） did not control the hs-CRP concentration in patients with high blood pressure at a better level.
