动态增强MRI与乳腺钼靶诊断乳腺癌的价值比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨动态增强MRI及乳腺钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治经病理检查证实的乳腺癌患者82例,术前行钼靶与MRI动态增强扫描检查,分析检查结果。结果:病理诊断显示,82例患者共存在乳腺病变肿块94处,其中,MRI动态增强扫描检查检出84处,检出率89.4%;钼靶检出89处,检出率94.7%;钼靶对乳腺癌诊断准确率78.4%,MRI动态增强扫描诊断准确率94.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI动态增强扫描进行乳腺癌诊断准确率相对较高,但是钼靶检查在乳腺癌早期病变诊断中准确率相对较高。 Objective:To explore the value of dynamic enhanced MRI and molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:82 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were chosen,and they were given molybdenum target and MRI dynamic enhanced scan before operation.We analyzed the results.Results:Surgical pathology showed that there were 94 cases of breast lesions in 82 patients.Among them,84 cases were detected by MRI dynamic enhanced scan,and the detection rate was 89.4%;89 cases were detected by molybdenum target,and the detection rate was 94.7%.The accuracy rate of molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 78.4%,the accuracy rate of dynamic enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 94.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI dynamic enhanced scan for breast cancer was relatively high,however,the diagnostic accuracy of molybdenum target for early breast cancer was relatively high.
