围手术期体位护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后出血与舒适度的影响分析

Effect of peri operative postural nursing on postoperative bleeding and comfort of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的:探讨围手术期体位护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后出血与舒适度的影响。方法:收治采取经皮肾镜碎石手术患者60例,分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组围手术期采取常规护理,试验组围手术期采取体位护理。结果:试验组血红蛋白下降程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为采取经皮肾镜碎石手术的患者采取围手术期体位护理,能够减少患者的术后血红蛋白下降程度,并且提高患者卧床舒适程度,提高临床治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective：To investigate the effect of peri operative posture nursing on postoperative bleeding and comfort of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods：60 patients with percutaneous nephroscope lithotripsy were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group patients took routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the experimental group took body position nursing during the perioperative period.Results：The degree of hemoglobin reduction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the comfort degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In order to take perioperative nursing for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy,it can reduce the degree of postoperative hemoglobin decrease and improve the comfort degree of patients,improve the clinical effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
