Investigation and Analysis on the Formulation and Implementation of Constitution in Higher Vocational Colleges

章程建设是高职院校内部治理结构完善的必由之路,是推进依法治校的必然要求,是高职院校科学发展以实现职业教育现代化的必要保障。为了能够摸清当前我国高职院校章程建设与实施的现实状况及其存在的问题,通过问卷调查及访谈,以浙江、上海、山东三个省(市)的部分高职院校为调查样本,从"对章程的认知""章程制定现状""章程实施现状"三个维度对我国高职院校章程建设的现实状况进行了深入调查,并基于调研结果提出了深化高职院校章程建设的对策建议。

The constitution construction is crucial in perfecting the internal governance structure of higher vocational colleges, and it is essential to run schools by law. It is the necessary guarantee for the scientific development of vocational colleges to realize the modernization of vocational education. In order to find out the current situation and the problems of the construction and implementation of the constitution in higher vocational colleges in our country, taking the higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang, Shanghai and Shandong provinces as the sample, the thesis conducts an in-depth investigation from the three dimensions of ＂understanding of the Constitution＂, ＂the status of the development of the Constitution＂ and ＂the status of the implementation of the Constitution＂, and puts forward some suggestions on deepening the construction of constitution in higher vocational education based on the research results.
