助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of midwifery nursing intervention on the mode of delivery and the birth process of the elderly parturient

目的:探讨助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式和产程的影响。方法:收治高龄产妇54例,分为试验组和参照组,各27例。试验组给予助产护理干预,参照组给予常规护理干预。结果:试验组产妇剖宫产率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、第三产程用时比参照组短(P<0.05)。结论:对高龄产妇采取助产护理干预可降低其剖宫产率,并缩短其产程用时,促进其顺利分娩。

Objective：To explore the effect of midwifery nursing intervention on the mode of delivery and labor of the elderly parturient.Methods：54 cases of maternal were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 27 cases in each group.The experimental group was given nursing intervention midwifery.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.Results：The experimental group total cesarean section rate is lower than the reference group（P〈0.05）;the first stage of labor time,the second stage of labor time,the third stage of labor time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention can reduce the total rate of cesarean section and shorten the time of delivery and promote the smooth delivery.
