门诊HPV阳性患者心理问题与护理对策

Psychological problems and nursing countermeasures of HPV positive patients in outpatient clinic

目的:主要对门诊HPV阳性患者的心理问题及对应的护理对策进行分析。方法:收治HPV阳性患者80例,分析患者诊疗过程中存在的心理问题,并采取综合性的护理对策。结果:患者出现了焦虑等心理问题49例。患者年龄≥30岁,是公务员等职业的,且感染时间比较长的更容易发生心理问题。而通过对综合性护理措施的有效应用,患者的心理状况得到了良好的改善,治疗效果也得到了明显的提升。结论:门诊HPV阳性患者在确诊以后比较容易发生一些心理问题,要引起医护人员的足够重视。在进行治疗护理的过程中,要应用有综合性和针对性的护理措施,从而促使临床治疗效果的提升,帮助患者尽快恢复。

Objective：To analyze the psychological problems of the HPV positive patients in the outpatient department and the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods：80 cases of HPV positive patients were selected.The psychological problems in the patient＇s diagnosis and treatment were analyzed,and comprehensive nursing countermeasures were taken.Results：49 cases of psychological problems such as anxiety were found in the patients.The patients were more than 30 years old.They were civil servants and other professions,and the patients with a long time of infection were more likely to have psychological problems.And through the effective application of comprehensive nursing measures,the psychological condition of the patients had been improved well,and the effect of the treatment had also been significantly improved.Conclusion：There are some psychological problems in the HPV positive patients who have been diagnosed at the present time.It is necessary to pay enough attention to the medical and nursing staff.During the process of treatment and nursing,effective and comprehensive nursing measures should be applied effectively,so as to promote the improvement of clinical treatment and help patients recover as soon as possible.
