结构化早期康复方案在神经外科高血压脑出血肢体偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect of structured early rehabilitation program in patients with hemiplegia of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in department of neurosurgery

目的:探讨结构化早期康复方案在神经外科脑出血肢体偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:收治脑出血肢体偏瘫患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗及康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上加用结构化早期康复护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同分组与时间因素的交互作用有统计学意义(F=121.271,P<0.001);不同分组患者NIHSS评分的总体均数水平之间差异有统计学意义(F=147.311,P<0.001),观察组NIHSS评分总体水平明显低于对照组;时间效应有统计学意义(F=154.126,P<0.001),随康复时间延长,患者NIHSS评分逐渐降低,治疗后12个月的NIHSS评分处于最低水平。结论:结构化早期康复护理应用于神经外科高血压脑出血偏瘫患者可显著提高临床治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复。

Objective：To explore the application effect of structured early rehabilitation program in patients with hemiplegia of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in department of neurosurgery.Methods：100 patients with hemiplegia of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given structured early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The interaction of different grouping and and time factors was statistically significant（F=121.271,P〈0.001）.There was significant difference in the total average level of NIHSS scores in different groups（F=147.311,P〈0.001）,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The time effect was statistically significant（F=154.126,P〈0.001）.With the prolonged recovery time,the NIHSS score of the patients was gradually reduced,and the NIHSS score at 12 months after treatment was at the lowest level.Conclusion：The application of structured early rehabilitation program in patients with hemiplegia of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in department of neurosurgery can significantly improve the effect of clinical treatment and promote the recovery of nerve function.
