摘要
目前我国公路油罐车清洗水采用含油废水"老三套"模式进行处理,但由于油罐车种类多,清洗水水质复杂,含高浓度石油和化工类难降解污染物较多,普通生化工艺处理效率低,水质达标难度大。通过Fenton氧化法对生化处理后出水作进一步深度处理,在反应溶液初始p H为2.0~4.0,质量分数为30%的H2O2投加量为1.5~11.0 m L/L,n(Fe2+)∶n(H2O2)=1∶(15~20)的条件下,反应120 min后用Na OH溶液调节反应溶液p H为6.5~7.0,此时出水COD、ρ(油类)可分别降至44.3~20.1 mg/L和0.82~0.29 mg/L,ρ(氨氮)<4 mg/L,浊度<3 NTU,无色无味,达到铁路回用水水质标准要求。
The current treatments of the washing wastewater from the road tank trucks adopt “the old three sets” as refinery wastewater in our country. However, due to the variety of tank vehicles the water quality is complex and contains high concentrations of petroleum and chemical - industry refractory pollutants, which make the normal biochemical process inefficient and difficult to reach the standard. Through Fenton reagent oxidation process for the further treatment to the effluent from bioreactors, at the condi-tions of initial pH value 2 to 4 of the reaction solution, 30% H202 solution dosage 1.5- 11.0ml/L,n( H2O2) : n( Fe^2+ ) ratio 15 - 20:1,after Fenton oxidation reaction time 120min, meanwhile NaOH solution is used to adjust the pH value 6. 5 to 7. 0, GOD and petroleum of the treated effluent are stably below 44. 3 -20. lmg/L and 0. 82 -0. 29mg/L,NH4+ less than 4mg/L,and turbidity be-low 3NTU, respectively, which can meet the discharge standard of TB 3007-2000 .
