摘要
以电子镇流器盒及盒盖为例,介绍了在一副模具中生产不同产品的设计方案。运用Pro/E对模具进行了设计,构建了塑件的三维结构,并使用Moldflow软件进行模流分析,优化了进料位置、流道系统和冷却水路的布置。实践证明,生产的塑件符合产品质量要求。
Taking the electronic ballast box and the box cover as an example, this paper introduces the design for producing different products in one mould. Pro/E is used to build 3D structure and process mould design of the plastic part. Moldflow is used to carry out the mold flow analysis. The layout of feed position, runner system and cooling channel are optimized. The mould is stable and reliable and the quality meets the design requirements.
