摘要
利用MTS万能材料试验机对烧结钕铁硼永磁材料进行了不同加载速度下的弯曲性能试验.结合数字图像相关方法测得三点弯曲下烧结钕铁硼的抗弯强度和弹性模量,得到了试样表面的应变分布云图和不同位置处的应变分布.结合扫描电子显微镜对回收试样进行了断裂机理分析.
The flexural properties of sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets under different loading speeds are tested by MTS general-purpose testing machine. The flexural strength and elastic modulus of sintered Nd-Fe-B under three-point bending are measured using the digital image correlation(DIC) technique. The strain distribution cloud-map of the specimen surface and the strain distribution at different positions are obtained. The fracture mechanism of the recycled specimen is investigated by utilizing the scanning electron microscopy method.
