双层滤料颗粒床高温除尘器气固两相流场数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决工程应用中粗大粉尘颗粒大量进入双层滤料颗粒床从而导致反吹清灰困难以及增加颗粒床的过滤负担的问题,在过滤床入口处安装导流板以促进粉尘的惯性分离.本文运用Fluent软件中的离散相模型对除尘器的气固两相流场进行数值模拟,分析不同导流板布置方式时的粉尘沉降率及床层进入率.仿真结果表明:等速布置方式导流板,能阻止较粗粉尘颗粒进入过滤床,提高沉降室底部粉尘沉降率,为双层滤料颗粒床除尘器的设计提供参考. To tackle the problems of reverse-blowing for dust cleaning and the increasing filtration burden of the bed caused by the large size dust particles entering the dual-layer granular bed, the deflectors are installed at the entrance of the granular bed to create the inertial separation of the dust. In this paper, the discrete phase model in Fluent software is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow field of the granular bed filter to analyze the dust settling rate and the bed dust entry rate of different arrangement mode of deflectors. The simulation results show that the deflectors with constant velocity can prevent the dust particles in large size from entering the filter bed and increase the dust settling rate.
