基于创新型人才培养的3D打印实训室建设与管理的探析

The Study on Construction and Management of 3D Printing Training Room Based on Training of Innovative Talents

当前高校实训室建设与管理中存在一些突出问题,实训室重复建设,实训室使用率低,学校资源的浪费。通过对我校3D打印实训室建设与管理的分析,介绍我校3D打印实训室对创新型人才培养的具体对策,从而推进实训资源共享,实现实训资源协同合作,促进实训资源的高使用率。

There have been many problems in the construction and management of training room,including redundant construction of training rooms,the low utilization rate of training rooms,and the waste of resources.Based on the analysis on construction and management of 3 D printing training room,this paper introduces the innovative talents training strategies of 3D printing training room in our college,which intends to promote the sharing and cooperation of training room resources,and the high utilization rate of training resources.
