摘要
为大学生广泛性焦虑障碍的心理干预方法提供借鉴。方法:运用元认知干预技术进行干预。结果:干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)的标准分67分,中度焦虑;症状自评量表(SCL-90)中部分因子呈阳性症状,如躯体化3.08,人际交往2.67,焦虑4.00等,经过11次心理咨询,基本达到了预期的咨询目标,求助者的SAS得分降到46分,没有焦虑症状。SCL-90量表中,躯体化1.91,人际交往1.52,焦虑1.80等。咨询结束半年后回访,显示咨询效果良好。结论对于广泛性焦虑障碍使用元认知干预技术的效果良好。
To provide references of psychological intervention of generalized anxiety obstacle for college students.Methods: To adopt the method of meta-cognition intervention technique.Results: the scores of SAS was 67,moderate anxiety; in SCL-90,the factors of somatization 3.08,interpersonal communication 2.67,anxiety 4.00,and something else were positive symptoms in prior therapy,by 11 times' muscle relaxation training,basically reaching the desired goal of consulting,all factors of SCL-90 were normal in post therapy,somatization 1.91,interpersonal communication 1.52,anxiety 1.80,SAS 46.the consultation showed a good effect after half a year.Conclusion: The effect of meta-cognition intervention on generalized anxiety obstacle is good.
