摘要
学生在运动过程中出现运动损伤是当前高职院校实施体育教学的一项问题,也是提升运动训练有效性的关键问题。传统教育对运动损伤的认知理念是学生身体因素导致运动损伤的关键,但是这种认知观念是错误的。随着多年运动理念以及教育方式的发展,人们逐渐认知到心理因素对学生运动损伤造成的影响,关注在该领域上的研究。本文基于这一研究方向,首先探究高职学生在运动损伤之后出现的心理反应特征,然后分析对高职学生开展预防运动损伤的心理干预,之后制定几点针对高职学生遭遇运动损伤后出现心理问题的康复措施。希望通过本次研究能够给高职体育教育带来一些作用,让高职体育教育可以实现持续化的健康发展。
The injury of students after exercise is one of the problems in the implementation of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and it is also a key issue to improve the effectiveness of sports training.Traditional education's cognitive concept of sports injury is that the student's physical factor is the key to sports injury,but this cognitive concept is wrong.With the development of the concept of sports and education method,people gradually realized the influence of psychological factors on students' sports injury and focused on the research in this field.Based on the research direction,this paper first explores the psychological response characteristics of the higher vocational students after the sports injury,and does the analysis of applying psychological intervention to prevent the sport injury and makes several rehabilitation measures of psychological problem after sports injury.It is hoped that this study can bring some effects to education of higher vocational sports,so that the higher vocational sports education can realize the sustainable and healthy development.
