摘要
文章追溯了"和实力"的文化渊源,并以此说明中华民族的血液中没有称霸世界的基因;并对文化走出去进行了再次解读,就"文化"及"走出去"的定义进行了阐述;还通过分析"和实力"的深刻内涵与文化走出去之间的联系,证明"和实力"可助力文化走出去的有效实施。
This paper traces the cultural origin of ＂Harmony Power＂to illustrate that there is no gene of seeking hegemony in Chinese nation.And re-read the culture ＂going-out ＂ strategy,exploring the definition of ＂culture ＂ and ＂going-out ＂.Through the analysis of the relationship between them,this paper proves＂Harmony Power＂can help the effective implementation of the strategy.
