戈尔巴乔夫“公开性”的启示

The Enlightenment of Gorbachev's “Openness”

"公开性"是戈尔巴乔夫大力推行改革的重要手段之一,公开性的确在一定程度上调动了人民的政治积极性。然而不加限制的公开性给苏共和苏联社会造成了严重的思想分歧与混乱,这也成为苏联剧变的重要原因之一。本文从社会主义国家应巩固马克思主义思想的指导地位,应该正确认识民主与集中、自由与纪律之间的辩证关系,等方面总结公开性的启示。

＂Openness＂ is one of the important means for Gorbachev to carry out the reform vigorously.The openness did mobilize the people＇s political enthusiasm to a certain extent.However,the unrestricted openness caused serious ideological differences and confusion to the Soviet Communist Party and the Soviet society.This has also become one of the important reasons for the dramatic changes in the Soviet Union.From the socialist countries should consolidate the guiding position of Marxist thought,we should correctly understand the dialectical relationship between democracy and concentration,freedom and discipline.And so on summarizes the revelation of openness.
