摘要
[目的]初产乳汁淤积会影响母乳喂养率和妇女身心健康,通过探讨单一和中医联合治疗初产妇产后乳汁淤积的疗效,以有效提高母乳喂养率和妇幼健康。[方法]采取随机对照试验设计,选取至本院就诊的产后发生单纯乳汁淤积、无其他病理因素的产妇185例,随机分为3组,给予不同的治疗方式:A组(手法穴位按摩+耳穴压丸治疗+产后康复综合治疗仪)62例、B组(手法穴位按摩+产后康复综合治疗仪)60例、C组(手法穴位按摩)63例。每组均连续治疗3 d,每日1次。通过统计分析比较3组的疗效。[结果]A、B、C 3组间疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后乳房疼痛程度、肿胀程度及乳汁排出的通畅程度比较,3组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]3种方法联合治疗产后乳汁淤积疗效显著,可以有效缓解患者的乳房胀痛症状,促进积乳减小或消失,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To study the efficacy of three methods of massage combined with auricular point sticking and postpartum rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of postpartum breast milk deposition in primipara. [Methods] The 185 cases of maternal galactostasis, in accordancewith the principle of random divided into 3 groups: A group(acupoint massage manipulation + pressure pill in the treatment of postpartum rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus in 62 cases) and B group(acupoint massage manipulation + therapeutic apparatus) 60 cases, group C(manual massage) 63 cases. Each group was treated continuously for 3 days, 1 times a day. Then statistical analysis of the three groups of treatment efficacy. [Results] There were statistically significant differences among A, B, C three groups(P〈0.05). The changes of breast pain degree, breast swelling degree and the degree of effluent discharge after treatment in the three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The three methods combined treatment of postpartum cholestasis are effective, can effectively relieve the symptoms of breast swelling, promote the accumulation of milk, reduce or disappear, it is worthy of clinical application.
