摘要
大学英语教师是教学改革的中坚力量,亦是改革的重要组成部分。教师的话语关乎教学质量与效果,也关乎学生综合素质的培养和全面发展。因此,在新形势下教师话语的转型发展是势在必得,本文以《大学英语教学指南》为指导思想对大学英语教师话语转型深入探讨并提出相关策略,以其改变观念、增强创新意识,真正实施教学方法、方式改革,最终实现大学外语教学的转型发展。
College English teachers are the main power of teaching innovation as well as the main part of it.Teacher＇s talk is directly related to teaching quality and effect,to cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and development.Therefore,transformation of teacher＇s talk has become a＂must＂in new situation.This paper,guided with the document Guide to College English Teaching,deeply discusses the transformation of teacher＇s talk and put forward some transitional strategies,which help teachers change ideas,strengthen initiative and implement teaching means and method innovation to realize the ultimate transitional development of English teaching.
