摘要
档案的管理工作对企业单位的发展与壮大起着至关重要的作用。因此,论文通过对目前企业单位档案管理中存在的弊端与问题进行分析,系统论述了企业单位档案管理创新与改革的必要性。并提出了相关的优化措施与创新策略,为日后企业单位的档案管理工作提供了相对的参考建议。
The management of archives plays a crucial role in the development and expansion of the enterprise units. Therefore,through the analysis of the drawbacks and problems existing in the archives management of enterprise units, the paper systematically discusses the necessity of innovating and reforming the archives management of enterprise units. The related optimization measures and innovation strategies are also put forward, so as to provide relative reference suggestions for the archives management of enterprise units in the future.
