摘要
建筑行业在最近的二十余年中迅速发展,工程项目的工程造价管理已然成为项目管理最重要的部分之一,和以往造价管理相比较,已经发生翻天覆地的改变,以往的造价管理只会对整个项目的开工中、开工后进行管理,经过长期发展,现在的造价管理已经对整个工程的开工前、中、后都进行管理控制,贯穿了整个工程项目。造价管理专业人才通过决策期的提前加入、优化设计、方案筛选等方法,有效地节约了项目的造价,在建设工程项目中表现出卓越的经济优势。
With the rapid development of the construction industry in the last 20 years, the construction cost management of the engineering project has become one of the most important parts of the project management.
