摘要
近年来,"床垫文化"这种社会现象在我国企业低层次上不断畸形发展,其背后隐藏着对人力资本健康的危机已不容小觑,超负荷劳动引发的一系列员工健康问题如今成了社会关注的焦点,如何做好员工的健康管理正是各个企业所面临的问题。论文通过从什么是员工健康管理、健康管理带来的效益以及"床垫文化"引发的员工健康问题入手,从劳动关系中的政府、企业和员工三方面分析过度加班的原因,并为如何建立健全员工的健康管理体系提出了针对性的对策和建议。
In recent years, the social phenomenon of "overtime work culture" has been developing abnormally at the low level of Chinese enterprises,the crisis behind which to the health of human capital cannot to be underestimated.A series of employee health problems caused by overloaded labor has become the focus of social concern.How to do a good job of employee health management is the problem that each enterprise faces.Starting with what is employee health management, the benefits of health management and the health problems of employees caused by "overtime work culture", the paper analyzes the causes of excessive overtime from three aspects of the government, enterprises and employees in labor relations.Some countermeasures and suggestions on how to establish and perfect the health management system of employees are put forward.
