县级党校固定资产管理的现状、问题和对策

Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Fixed Assets Management in the County Level Party School

县级党校作为县委直属的公益一类事业单位,承担着轮训基层党员干部,宣讲党的路线、方针、政策,科研资政的重要职责。如何在新形势下,管好、用好党校固定资产,实现国有资产的安全、完整,使固定资产在党员干部培训、科研教学中发挥更大作用,成为县级党校内部管理的重要课题。论文分析了县级党校资产管理的现状,指出了存在的问题,运用财务管理、内部控制、信息化、物联网等手段,提升县级党校固定资产管理水平。

As a public welfare institution directly under the county party committee, the county party school undertakes the important duties of rotation training of grassroots party members and leaders, preaching the party＇s line, principles and policies, scientific researching and political consulting. Under the new situation, how to manage and use the fixed assets of the party school, realize the safety and integrity of the state-owned assets, and make the fixed assets play a greater role in the training of party members and cadres, and the scientific research teaching has become an important subject for the internal management of county party schools. The paper analyzes the present situation of the asset management in the county party school, points out the existing problems, and uses the means of financial management, internal control, informatization and internet of things to promote the fixed assets management level of the county party school.
