Comments on the Reform of Government Governance Mode in China——Taking the "The Future of Governing, Four Engineering Models" as an Example

政府改革是一个正在进行时的过程,可以确定只要政府存在,该过程就不会终止。论文通过对盖伊彼得斯《政府未来的治理模式》一书中的内容进行整理归纳,从涉及的五个方面对市场式、参与式、弹性化和解制型四种政府治理模式进行分析理解,从中探讨每种模式适合的政府,以提取适合我国政府改革的良好经验。

Government reform is an ongoing process. It is certain that the process will not end as long as the government exists. Through summarizing the contents of Guy Peters＇ ＂The Future of Governing,Four Engineering Models＂, the paper analyzes and understands the four kinds of government governance models of market type, participation type and elastic conciliatory system from five aspects involved.And it discusses the suitable government of each mode, so as to extract the good experience suitable for our government reform.
