Independent colleges will face major tests such as professional evaluation and the transfer of schools. Many links are inseparable from the play of the core role of teaching secretaries. Taking the Nanjing Tec University Pujiang Institute as an example, the paper analyzes the development difficulties faced by teaching secretaries and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
