车辆THDS设备状态修辅助系统方案设计研究

Research on the Scheme Design of the Equipment Status Repair System of Vehicle THDS

近年来,随着THDS检修方式由原来的半月检到月检再发展到双月检,对THDS设备现有的维修、维护制度及故障处理方式和手段提出了新的挑战。论文主要结合目前THDS检修变化的实际,研究开发一套THDS设备状态修辅助系统,利用人工智能技术,以大数据为基础,智能分析为手段,在保证设备可靠运行的同时提高设备管理能力和效率,改革传统检修方法。

In recent years, with the THDS maintenance mode has been developed from the original half a month to a monthly check and then a bimonthly check, it has put forward new challenges to the existing maintenance, system and fault handling mode and means of the THDS equipment. This paper mainly combines the reality of the current THDS overhaul changes, and researches and develops a THDS equipment ＂on condition＂ repair auxiliary system, which uses artificial intelligence technology, takes big data as the foundation, intelligent analysis as the means. The equipment management ability and efficiency are improved while ensuring the reliable operation of the equipment, and the traditional maintenance methods are reformed.
