摘要
依据现有各种铁路和公路架桥机金属结构的分析研究,提出了两个新型架桥机的结构设计方案.基于层次分析法,对新型架桥机的结构设计方案优化决策.采用定性和定量评价,并将其作为准则层判断矩阵的评分参数依据,基于Matlab求解准则层高阶判断矩阵的特征向量和最大特征值,以确定各评价指标的权重,为层次分析法提供决策依据.通过单层次和总层次一致性分析,调整判断矩阵使其满足单层次和总层次一致性,计算方案层权重因子从而得出最佳的结构设计方案.
Based on the analysis of the existing metal structure of railway and highway bridge machine,the structural design scheme of two new bridge gantry machines is put forward.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the optimal design of the structural design of the new bridge erecting machine is given.Based on Matlab,the feature vector and the maximum eigenvalue of the higher order judgment matrix of the criterion layer are used to determine the weight of each evaluation index,and the decision is given for the analytic hierarchy process.Through the single level and the total level consistency analysis,the judgment matrix is adjusted to satisfy the single level and the total level consistency,and the weight factor of the solution layer is calculated to make the best structural design scheme.
