用养阴清肺汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽的效果探究

Effect of Yangyinqingfeitang combined with Zhikesan for chronic cough

目的 :探究用养阴清肺汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽的效果。方法 :采用双盲法将仁寿县中医医院在2014年5月至2016年7月期间接诊的46例慢性咳嗽患者分为对照组和试验组(23例/组)。为对照组患者采用酮替芬片、喷托维林片、愈酚伪麻待因口服溶液和消咳喘片进行治疗,为试验组患者采用养阴清肺汤合止嗽散进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的效果、生活质量的改善情况和不良反应的发生情况。结果 :试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的社会活动能力评分、日常生活能力评分、身体状况评分、抑郁情绪评分、焦虑情绪评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,两组患者均未出现严重的胃肠道不适、头晕等不良反应。结论 :用养阴清肺汤合止嗽散治疗慢性咳嗽的效果显著,能够提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Yangyinqingfeitang combined with Zhikesan for chronic cough. Methods 46 cases of chronic cough patients treated in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Renshou County during May 2014 to 2016 July were randomly divided to control group and experimental group by double blind method（23 cases per group）.The control group treated by ketotifen tablets, carbetapentane tablets, guaifenesin-pseudoephedrine hydrochloride-odeine phosphate oral solution and Xiaokechuan tablets, the experimental group treated by Yangyinqingfeitang combined with Zhikesan. Then compare curative effect, improvement of life quality and occurrence of adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate of experimental group is higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .After treatment, the social active ability score, living ability score, physical score, depression score and anxiety score of experimental group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Irritable bowel syndrome and dizziness were didn＇ t occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The effect of Yangyinqingfeitang combined with Zhikesan for chronic cough is significant, it will improve life quality of patients, and the safety is high.
