用玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩修复前牙牙体缺损的效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :比较用玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法 :选取2015年至2017年期间腾冲市人民医院收治的100例前牙牙体缺损患者(共有100颗患牙)作为研究对象。按照所用修复材料的不同,将这些患者分为纤维桩组(n=50)和金属桩组(n=50)。为纤维桩组患者使用玻璃纤维桩进行修复治疗,为金属桩组患者使用铸造金属桩进行修复治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者患牙修复的成功率以及牙体折裂、牙体根折和修复体脱落的发生情况。结果 :接受治疗后,与金属桩组患者相比,纤维桩组患者患牙修复的成功率更高,其牙体折裂、牙体根折及修复体脱落的发生率均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :与使用铸造金属桩相比,使用玻璃纤维桩对前牙牙体缺损患者进行修复治疗的效果更好、安全性更高,可明显降低其牙体折裂、牙体根折及修复体脱落的发生率。
