摘要 目的 :探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在动脉粥样硬化诊断中的应用价值。方法 :选取2016年6月至2017年5月期间淄博市张店区人民医院收治的165例动脉粥样硬化患者(作为研究组)和同期在该医院接受健康体检的165名健康人(作为对照组)为研究对象。在这两组受检人员入院后,均对其进行血清Hcy和血清hs-CRP检测,然后对比其检测的结果。结果 :与对照组的健康人相比,研究组患者血清HCY和血清hs-CRP的水平均较高,P<0.05。结论 :动脉粥样硬化患者血清HCY和血清hs-CRP的水平均高于健康人。临床上可将进行血清Hcy和血清hs-CRP检测作为诊断动脉粥样硬化的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the application value of test of homocysteine (Hcy)and hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP)in diagnosis of atherosclerosis. Methods: Select 165 eases of atheroselerosis(as experimental group) treated in People' s Hospital of Zhangdian District from June 2016 to May 2017 and 165 healthy people (as control group) for research object. After admission, test levels of HCY, and hs-CRP of 2 groups, then compare test results of 2 groups. Results: Compared with control group, levels of hs-CRP and HCY of experimental group are higher (P〈0.05); Conclusion: The levels of HCY and hs-CRP of the patients of atherosclerosis are higher than healthy people. Test of Hcy and hs-CRP can be an effective method for diagnose atherosclerosis.
