摘要 重铬酸钾分光光度法化学需氧量 (COD) 在线分析仪利用了重铬酸钾加热消解法和分光光度法, 对水样中化学需氧量浓度进行在线实时分析测定.通过对分析仪在实际运维管理中常见故障进行分析, 采取相应解决措施, 确保分析仪正常、 稳定运行, 提高分析数据的准确度和精密度, 规范分析仪日常运维管理. The potassium dichromate spectrophotometric online COD analyzer utilizes the method of potassium dichromate digestion and spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of COD in water samples in real time. By analyzing the common problems of the analyzer in the actual operation and maintenance management, the corresponding measures are taken to ensure the normal and stable operation of the analyzer,improve the accuracy and precision of the analytical data and standardize the daily operation and maintenance management of the analyzer.
