GW16-220Ⅰ型隔离开关的静触头改造研究

摘要 随着电力事业的蓬勃发展, 电力设备也在逐步换代、 升级.在盖州220kV变电站所运行的GW16-220Ⅰ型隔离开关静触头出现下垂现象, 导致动触头对静触头杆的夹紧位置改变, 夹紧力减少使隔离开关动静触头间接触电阻增大, 已经满足不了所规定的技术参数要求, 影响了隔离开关的稳定运行及可靠供电.为了提高GW16-220Ⅰ型隔离开关的运行可靠性, 解决静触头杆的下垂问题, 故对GW16-220Ⅰ型隔离开关静触头进行初步改造. With the vigorous development of electric power industry , the power equipment is gradually converted and upgraded . The static contact of GW16 - 220 I isolated switch operating in 220 kV substation in Gaizhou is caused by droop , which causes the contact resistance between the moving contact and the static contact rod to increase , which has affected the stable operation and reliable power supply of the isolating switch . In order to improve the operation reliability of the GW16 - 220 I isolation switch , to solve the problem of droop of the static contact rod , the static contact of the GW16 - 220 I isolation switch is preliminarily reformed .
