电梯铭牌类检验项目现存问题分析及改进策略

Existing Problems Analysis and Improvement Strategy Research on Lift Nameplate Inspection Items

铭牌检验是电梯检验的重要组成部分。在电梯检验规程中对铭牌设置和检验提出多达13处要求,电梯生产厂家也根据这些要求在产品中做了相应的设置。但是,因为检验要求不够系统、检验内容不够全面、检验方法不够科学以及厂家在铭牌设置方面缺乏足够重视等原因,致使铭牌设置存在许多漏洞,非法改造和重大维修现象猖獗,为电梯设备的安全运行埋下重大隐患。本文通过对电梯铭牌类检验项目进行深入的分析研究,剖析了引发上述问题的内在原因,在此基础上,提出了该类检验项目的改进策略,可以为检验机构和电梯制造厂家在拟定相关标准和制造产品时提供参考。

Inspection of nameplate is an important component in the lift inspection. As many as 13 items are required in the setting and inspection of nameplate in the regulation for lift inspection. Lift manufacturers also make corresponding setting based on these requirements. However, lack of systematic requirements, incomplete inspection items, unscientific inspection methods and insufficient importance attached by manufacturers on the setting of nameplate resulted many loopholes in the nameplates setting, which leaded to abundant illegal modification and major maintenance, and caused significant hidden dangers in the safe operation of lifts. This paper deeply analyzes the inspection items of lift nameplate and explores the internal reasons for the above-mentioned issues. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward strategies to improve such inspection items which may be taken as reference by inspection institutions and manufacturers in establishing related standards and producing lifts.
