摘要
在详细分析埋地钢质管道腐蚀影响因素的基础上,采用层次分析法,确定影响管体腐蚀的外防腐层状况、阴极保护有效性、土壤腐蚀性、杂散电流干扰和排流效果的五个关键因素权重指标,构建科学合理的腐蚀防护系统综合评价体系,预测分析管体腐蚀状况,指导埋地钢质管道开挖坑管体腐蚀检测。本文介绍了一个成功的应用案例,该案例应用腐蚀防护综合评价成果,有效检测出管体腐蚀严重缺陷,说明在开展输油管道完整性检测时,通过层次分析法构建的腐蚀防护系统综合评价体系,有助于检验人员准确分析腐蚀缺陷的严重程度,提高检验的有效性和针对性,并为生产单位提供科学合理的维修计划。
Based on the analysis of the influence factors of the corrosion of buried steel pipeline, hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weights of the five key factors: external anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection effective, soil corrosion, stray current interference and drainage effect, build a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system, prediction and analysis of the pipeline corrosion, guide the buried steel pipeline excavation pipe corrosion detection. A successful application cases are introduced in this paper. The corrosion protection evaluation result effectively detects severe defects in pipeline corrosion. The comprehensive evaluation system of corrosion protection systems help on examiner accurate analysis the severity of corrosion defects, improve the inspection effectiveness and pertinence, and provide scientific and reasonable maintenance plan for the production unit.
