摘要
本文通过对某热力公司分汽缸二次开裂泄漏事故原因进行综合分析,发现事故是由于蒸汽管道在锅炉交替使用中低位大量积水,当积水被集中送入过热分汽缸时产生温差应力,使缸体产生疲劳裂纹所导致。针对事故原因提出了具体的解决办法及防范类似事故的安全技术措施。
In this work, a comprehensive analysis of the reason for secondary cracking leakage of a gasdistributing cylinder in a thermal power company was carried out. The main reason is that a large amount of water is accumulated at the bottom of the pipe during the alternate use of boiler. When the standing water is fed into the superheated gas-distributing cylinder, a large thermal stress could occur in the cylinder structure which results in the fatigue cracks in the cylinder, and eventually leads to an accident. Finally, specific solutions and security technical measures are proposed to prevent similar incidents.
