摘要 分析了冶金起重机设计原理和主要性能特点,针对其电气装备进行了技术创新,提出了电气装备常见故障控制的措施,可提前预判故障、准确显示故障点、快速指导故障处理,其作业效率高,故障率低,同步操纵快捷便利,晃动小,安全隐患少,成本能耗低。 The design principle and main performance characteristics of metallurgical crane are analyzed. In view of its technology innovation of electrical equipment, this paper puts forward a set of control measures for common electrical failure, which could predict fault in advance, display fault point accurately, and guide fault handling quickly, with high efficiency, low failure rate, convenient synchronous manipulation, small shaking, little safety hazard, low cost of energy consumption.
