豫南茶叶冷库设计及库内温度分布试验研究

摘要 结合我国《GB50072-2010冷库设计规范》要求,针对采摘后豫南绿茶贮藏特点及易发生变质问题,介绍了55 t茶叶冷库工艺设计方案。为了提高茶叶的冷藏质量、减少能耗,对一实际茶叶冷库进行了测量试验,分析了库内茶叶堆垛距地面不同高度界面的温度分布情况,研究结果可为改善货架结构,库内流场区域的优化和提高茶叶贮藏品质提供参考。 Combining with Code for Design of Cold Store (GB50736-2012), it described the characteristics of green tea storage and the problem of metamorphism after the picking, and the design scheme of 55 t tea cold storage was introduced. In order to improve the quality of tea and reduce the energy consumption, a tea cold storage experiment was carried out to analyze the distribution of the temperature distribution at the different heights of the ground from different heights. The research results can be used to improve the shelf structure, the optimization of tea storage quality and improve the quality of reference.
