部分皂化腐植酸-U的制备及清防钙垢性能评价

The Preparation and the Evaluation of Calcium Scale Removal and Prevention Property of Partial Saponification Humic Acid-U

以部分皂化腐植酸-U为研究对象,优化了其制备条件,并研究了其加量、反应时间、温度对防钙垢性能和清钙垢性能的影响。试验结果表明,当Na OH浓度为3%、用量80 mg时,所制备出的部分皂化腐植酸-U清防垢一体效果最好,其防钙垢率80%以上,清钙垢率70%以上。清防钙垢性能随着部分皂化腐植酸-U剂量的增加而增大,达到70 mg/L时趋于稳定,防钙垢率达到81%、清钙垢率达到80%;部分皂化腐植酸-U能长时间起清防垢作用,且具有较好的耐温性。

With partial saponification humic acid-U as the research object,the preparation conditions of partial saponification humic acid-U were optimized.The effects of dosage,reaction time and temperature on the property of calcium scale prevention and removal were studied.The results showed that the effect of calcium scale removal and prevention property of partial saponification humic acid-U was the best when the NaO H concentration was 3% and the dosage was 80 mg,and the calcium scale prevention rate was over 80%,the calcium scale removal rate was more than 70%.With the increase of partial saponification humic acid-U dosage,the property of calcium scale removal and prevention increased.It tended to be stable at 70 mg/L,its calcium scale prevention rate was reached 80% and calcium scale removal rate was reached 81%.Partial saponification humic acid-U could remove and prevent calcium scale for a long time,and had good temperature resistance.
