摘要
在建立海水直流冷却机组的开式循环冷却水系统水力计算数学模型的基础上,根据海水直流冷却机组的特点,利用AFT-Fathom软件对开式循环冷却水系统进行水力分析,并对机组的开式循环冷却水系统进行优化,取消开式水升压泵,降低了初投资,减少了运行费用,对于同类系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
This article finishes the hydraulic calculation of the open-cycle cooling water system for seawater once-through cooling unit.The hydraulic model of the once-through cooling unit is established first.According to the feature of seawater oncethrough cooling unit,the AFT-Fathom is adopted to calculate the hydraulic characteristics of OCCW system.Based on the calculation result,optimization on the OCCW system is carried out by canceled the OCCW pump so that reduced the initial cost and operation cost can be achieved.This research is of great guiding significance for the design of similar systems.
