近年来,随着城市规模的不断扩大,经济社会的快速发展,输电线路保护区内违章植树建房、违章施工作业,季节性和突发性外力破坏等行为给输电线路安全稳定运行造成了较大的威胁和隐患。在复杂的运行环境下如何保障输电线路的安全稳定运行,是运检工作待解决的问题之一。对近年来开展的行之有效的防控措施进行归纳总结,并从制度和技术手段方面提出对防外力破坏工作的建议。

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the city and the rapid development of social economy,great threat and danger for the safe and stable operation of transmission lines are issued by factors such as illegal planting,illegal construction work,and seasonal and sudden ＂external destruction＂ in the protected area of transmission line.In the complex operating environment,how to ensure the safe and stable operation of transmission line is a problem for operation and maintenance work to be solved.The effective prevention measures carried out in the recent years are summarized,and suggestions for preventing external destruction work from the aspects of standard and technical measures are provided.
