配网带电作业车辆路径优化模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 随用户供电可靠性要求日益提高,带电作业规模也在不断扩大,已发展成为配网检修的重要技术手段。为进一步提升配网带电作业工作效率,将车辆路径问题引入工作计划的编制,以全部作业车辆行驶距离最短为目标,计及工作任务需求、劳动强度、工作时间约束及作业车辆油耗限制,建立了配网带电作业路径优化模型。针对该组合优化问题,基于整数编码,采用引入混沌序列的改进粒子群优化算法求解。最后,实例分析证明了所建路径优化模型的可行性与有效性,该模型缩短了现场作业用时,降低了车辆行驶成本。 With the needs for power supply reliability increasing,the scale of live-line operation is expanding constantly,and has become an important technological mean for distribution network maintenance.To further improve the live-line operation efficiency,vehicle routing planning is introduced into the task plan scheduling.Setting the minimum distance of the entire vehicle routes as optimization objective,taking the task requirements of maximum daily labor intensity,maximum daily working hours and fuel consumption of the vehicles as constraints,an vehicle routing optimization model of live-line operation in the distribution network is built.Aiming at this optimization problem,the improved particle swarm optimization based on integer coding and chaotic sequence is adopt to solve the model.Finally,the analysis on actual examples demonstrate the validity of the optimization model.The simulation results indicate that this model can reduce the field working time and vehicle traffic cost.
