Application Status of No.0 High Pressure Heater and its Influence on Unit Performance

由于目前国内电力产能过剩,大部分火电机组常处于低负荷运行状态,经济效益差,而增设0号高压加热器是提高机组运行经济性、提高脱硝装置投入率的有效手段之一,从汽源选取、安装方式等方面叙述国内增设0号高压加热器在机组节能技改中的应用情况,分析总结了各方案的特点以及对机组运行的经济性、安全性的影响。

Because of redundant power production capacity,most of the thermal power units often operate in low load operation resulting in poor economic efficiency.Adding No.0 high pressure heater is a new energy-saving and emission-reducing technology.We summarize the influence of steam source selection and installation on the steam turbine and the boiler based on examples in the projects carried out.Comparative analysis is carried out for the cost effectiveness of the operation and safety between different designs.
