摘要
针对某特高压换流站发生的电压应力保护动作引起换流变分接头严重失步,进而产生较大偏磁电流并引起换流变饱和保护动作跳闸事故,分析不同控制保护厂家的电压应力保护逻辑,进行晋南工程电压应力保护定值整定和一次设备设计值计算,指出分层接入下的定值计算差异。最后对电压应力保护逻辑的改进方案进行比较,结果可以为直流工程电压应力保护功能设计和优化提供参考。
The voltage stress protection action of an UHV converter station caused the tap of Converter transformer seriously out of step,resulting in a large bias current and causing protection action trip accident of converter transformer.In view of these problems,the voltage stress protection logic of different control and protection manufacturers is analyzed,the value of the voltage stress protection and the design value of the primary equipment of Jinnan projection are calculated,and the discrepancy of fixed value calculation under layered access is pointed out.Finally,the improvement schemes of voltage stress protection logic are compared,these results can provide reference for the design and optimization of DC voltage and stress protection function.
