摘要
"一带一路"沿线区域投资环境复杂、投资风险大。针对沿线区域的投资环境研究有助于中国水泥行业海外投资战略的决策制定。为此,构建了中国水泥行业海外投资环境的指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)识别出影响水泥行业的关键投资环境因素为东道国石灰石储量、政府稳定性、政策连续性和城镇化水平;对"一带一路"沿线的印度、印度尼西亚、波兰、俄罗斯和乌克兰进行投资环境评价,评价结果可为中国水泥企业在这些国家的投资决策提供参考建议。
The investment environment in the countries and regions along ＂ the belt and road＂ is complex,which increased the risk of overseas investment. Research on the investment environment will help China＇s cement industry make decisions on the overseas investment strategy. The index system of overseas investment environment for China＇ s cement industry is constructed,and the AHP results identify that the key investment environmental factors include host country limestone reserves,political stability,policy continuity and urbanization; combining the variety of factors,investment environment of India,Indonesia,Poland,Russia and Ukraine can be evaluated,which is referenced for the investment decision-making of China＇s cement enterprises in these countries.
