B2C电子商务企业成长性影响因素研究

摘要 为探究B2C电子商务企业的成长性影响因素,对企业成长性进行评价,提出基于内生成长理论的企业成长性评价方法。首先从资源、能力和战略3个方面分析B2C电子商务企业的影响因素;其次构建出符合B2C电子商务企业成长特性的企业成长性影响因素模型;最后从资源成长性、能力成长性和战略成长性3个维度对企业成长性影响因素作出假设,并通过结构方程模型评价分析得到影响企业成长性的主要内生影响因素。研究结果表明,企业的能力、资源和战略按照由强到弱的顺序显著影响企业成长性。 In order to explore the growth influencing factors of B2C e-commerce enterprises,and evaluate the growth of enterprises,an enterprise growth evaluation method is proposed based on endogenous growth theory. Firstly,the influence factors of B2C e-commerce enterprises are analyzed from three aspects of resources,capability and strategy. Then,a growth influencing factor model is established to meet the growth characteristics of B2C e-commerce enterprises. Finally,hypotheses on the growth of enterprises are made from three dimensions of capacity growth,resource growth and strategic growth. Besides,the main factors influencing the growth of enterprises are analyzed through the structural equation model. The results show that the enterprise's ability,resources and strategy can influence the growth of enterprises in the order from strong to weak.
