摘要
研究从大学权力的纵向影响,即大学学术与行政权力拥有者与基层教师之间的权力距离入手,通过基于309名基层大学教师多时点的追踪研究,探索了大学高权力距离的风险性及大学高权力距离的演进方向。研究发现:大学权力距离对基层教师的创造力产出有负向的抑制作用;大学权力距离通过对上级的知识隐藏对基层教师的创造力产生影响。相关研究丰富了有关大学权力及权力距离的文献,也为大学管理实践提供了有益的启示。
Studying the vertical influence of university power,that is the power distance between the university' s academic and administrative power holders and the grass-roots teachers,through the multiple-source longitudinal study for the 309 grass-roots teachers,this paper explored the university power distance's connotation,evolution and the impact mechanism on the ordinary research workers' creativity. The study found that: the university power distance has a negative effect on the ordinary research workers' creative behavior; power distance in university influences the ordinary research workers' creativity via knowledge hiding to the superior. The related research enriches the literature about the power and the power distance in university,and provides the beneficial enlightenment for the university authority organization practice.
