陕西省医疗机构抗肿瘤药品短缺现状分析

Analysis of the current situation of the shortage of antitumor drugs in medical institutions in Shaanxi Province

目的调查陕西省医疗机构抗肿瘤药品短缺情况,为解决该类药品短缺问题提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法对陕西省各地市医疗机构抗肿瘤短缺药品现状进行分析,主要包括抗肿瘤药品短缺品种和短缺原因等。结果存在短缺现象的抗肿瘤药品有24种,其中短缺最严重的有4种,短缺频次由高到低依次为:丝裂霉素、平阳霉素、氟尿嘧啶和长春新碱;在短缺品种中,至少有27家医疗机构反映丝裂霉素的短缺现象较突出,有10家医疗机构反映平阳霉素存在短缺现象。结论陕西省医疗机构抗肿瘤药品短缺现象较严重。政府部门应发挥政策引导作用,干预原材料市场价格波动,鼓励更多企业投入生产或开发更多可替代药品。

Objective To provide reference for solving the problem of antitumor drugs shortage by the investigation of medical institutions in Shaanxi province.Methods The status of the antitumor drugs shortage for the medical institutions in Shaanxi province was analyzed by using the questionnaire method,mainly including the different varieties and reasons.Results There were 24 kinds of antitumor drugs which have been in short supply,and the most serious shortage of antitumor drugs was 4 kinds.The shortage of frequency from high to low was ：mitomycin,pingyangmycin,fluorouracil and vincristine.There were at least 27 medical institutions which were suffering from mitomycin shortage,and 10 medical institutions which were suffering from pingyangmycin shortage.Conclusion In order to alleviate the shortage of antitumor drugs,the government departments should play the guiding role in policy,and avoid fluctuations in the prices of raw materials,and encourage enterprises to develop more alternative medicines.
