Classical Pragmatism has a set of grand theoretical perspectives.Based on the contemporary context,the clarification and reinterpretation of the classical pragmatism can reveal the cornerstone of classical pragmatism：naturalism and the basic presuppositions of the classical pragmatism,the latter including the metaphysical presupposition of an open world,the valuable presupposition of common happiness,the evolution methods,epistemological presupposition of instrumentalism,the social presupposition of communitarianism.These theoretical perspectives can provide a meaningful research paradigm for contemporary philosophy researches.
